Peacock Pilates London offers 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 personalised Pilates sessions on the Cardio-Tramp for more of a dynamic and fast paced work-out.  Using the same basic principles as Pilates, it is a great way to strengthen your core and lose weight.  Jumping on the trampoline makes sessions adds real oomph to your session.
