The Peacock Pilates London Studio offers both group and private live and interactive online mat Pilates classes via Zoom and private Studio Reformer Pilates sessions (subject to government guidelines).
Depending on your level there are various Zoom Pilates classes available as detailed below:
Beginner/ Intermediate Pilates Class – Wednesdays at 5pm GMT
This 45 minute Pilates mat class is suitable for beginners and intermediate level and recommended for all ages and all fitness levels. No equipment needed.
This class will focus on your connection with your deep stomach, glutes (and numerous other muscles). It will help you build and retain your strength, prevent injuries and ease any back pain and tension. This class will lay the foundation for correct movement and alignment and tighten up all the important areas in the process.
Intermediate/ Advanced Pilates Class – Mondays & Fridays @ 12.30 GMT
Pilates class is not for the inexperienced. This class is suitable for people who have done Pilates before and attended at least 5 beginner/ intermediate Peacock Pilates classes. No equipment is needed.
This class will take your Pilates up to the next level. There will be progressions to make the movements even more challenging. It is not recommended for beginners, people with injuries or pregnant clients.
Stretch & Mobilization Class – Sundays at 10am GMT
This is a more gentle class and highly beneficial for all ages and levels of fitness. This 45 minute class will focus on realigning your spine, breathing life back into your stressed mind and body and you should feel great and limber after it.

All Levels Pilates Class – Saturdays at 12.30 GMT
This 45 minute mat class is suitable for all levels and recommended for all ages and all fitness levels. Modifications available to make exercises more challenging (or easier!). No equipment needed.

Studio Hours: 08:00 – 20:00
Ts & Cs: All classes must be paid for in advance. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for group classes and 48 hours for private sessions i.e. any no-video -shows or cancellations made within 24 hours (group) or 48 hours (private) of the booked class will be charged in full. All Packages must be used within 1 month from the date of purchase.
Starter 2 Group class pack Ts & Cs: For 1st time clients only. Both classes must be taken within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. Offer expires on 30 June 2020.
Clothing and what you need? Access to Zoom.us, comfy clothing (active wear), a towel & a mat, (if you have one).
